COURSE NAME:: Facilities Management

In this era of competing demand on lean resources, there is an urgent need for Government and Corporate establishments to learn how to keep buildings, machinery, and equipment in good and lasting conditions. NLA in collaboration with SMB Consult plans to hold a five (5) day course on Engineering Facility Management as well as introducing the elements of planning and performance evaluation. The program will focus on creating awareness on facilities maintenance as it will address some of the challenges that presently exist in many public and corporate facilities all over Nigeria.

At the end of the Program, participants will be able to:
